  • Make sure you have enough room to comfortably do movements like squats and lunges. We recommend clearing a space about 10’ x 5’.

  • There is a potential that a mirror can disrupt a screening. Please avoid placing the camera in front of large mirrors.

  • Sometimes, bright light from windows can affect a screening. Please avoid placing the camera in front of large windows.

  • Please avoid dark and baggy clothing. Light colors and tight clothes lend to the best screens.

  • Make sure you have enough room between the cameras so they don’t interfere with eachother. We recommend testing your set-up prior to the screening.

  • Yes, please have your client wear shoes. Tennis shoes are recommended.

  • Sometimes hats and facial hair can affect the camera. If you notice an issue, please remove the hat or put a blue medical mask over the beard.

  • Yes! The camera only tracks the person closest to it, so people in the background shouldn’t cause an issue.

  • As long as you have wifi and a charged laptop, cameras outside are fine. Sometimes natural light can cause an issue, if you encounter this please reach out.

  • Yes, please follow the instructions for each movement. Some movements (like cervical rotation), we recommend your client sits in a chair.

  • Yes, the camera is portable. As long as you have wifi you can take it wherever you’d like.

  • This means your camera isn’t fully connected. Try unplugging all of the cords and trying a different USB port on your computer. The goal is to get a solid white light.

  • This means you are good to go! Your camera is working properly and you should be ready to continue setting the system up.
